Job Responsibilities

  • Building and managing the high performance inside tele sales & marketing team
  • Managing customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Driving customer engagement by planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans & techniques to drive new customers
  • Managing and monitoring the entire online sales & marketing administration process
  • Spearheading performance marketing initiatives to contribute in substantial lead generation
  • Monitoring relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
  • Tracking the marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts on the supply side
  • Suggesting ideas about new features or products based on the feedbacks
  • Conducting market research to follow trends and competition
  • Defining marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of proven work experience on similar lines
  • Solid background in customer acquisition strategies

 

  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
  • Hands on experience with CRM software like Salesforce/Leadsquared/Fresh sales and MS Excel
  • An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
  • In-depth understanding of the sales and marketing administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • Master in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputed  Institute with specialisation in sales/Marketing and preferably an engineering degree
