1. Develop new strategies to increase customer satisfaction and reduce customer escalations
2. Being the second level escalation point for all clients for service and billing issue
Handling a team of Managers & Executives who will be responsible for the following:-
� Handling the entire process from Reservations to Invoicing for all clients of all Branches.
� Pass reservations to all Rental locations & ensure that the transactions are handled smoothly.
� Track all reservations for successful completion.
� Ensure audit of all rental transactions for all locations on a daily basis to ensure correct billing.
� Facilitate regular invoicing to all clients.
� Solicit feedback from all clients & users for service levels and having met expectations.
� Highlight discrepancies in terms of process failures and business trends.
� Generate business reports and reports for rental meeting.
� Being the bridge between the sales and operations team.
� The operational point of contact for software development, training and usage.
� Resolving customer complaints and updating the Account Manager and Operations Manager to ensure the same is not repeated.
� Vendor Management and ensuring service delivery and also coordinating with Finance to ensure timely payments to the vendors in the COM model.
