- Develop social media content strategies to reach various business objectives, inclusive of both brand-driving and sales-driving initiatives
- Work in a cross-functional, multi-geography team effectively sharing knowledge and ideas to create a collaborative work environment of learning as well as efficient execution.
- Collaborate internally with marketing, dealer development, after sales service & sales team to build holistic content & distribution buckets
- Work in collaboration with agencies and multiple vendors to identify and develop the best channel mix
- Build and enhance SEO capabilities in increase Organic site visits / leads etc
- Online reputation management by enabling tools and skills to address customer queries/complaints/requests
- Analyze data, write concise metrics recaps and report on the success of our social media & digital media channels and content
- Distribution and measurement. Development of content governance so content is consistent with our brand voice style and tone.
- Set and measure to monthly social media, e-reputation & digital media goals
- Project manage content programs, including developing timelines and managing the legal, financial and administrative needs
- Create & organize content calendars and processes to streamline and scale social media work, inclusive of creating/updating master databases and storing data
- Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email/newsletter distribution etc...
- Work with counterparts from other areas of the business to continually improve the quality of the website and overall customer experience on the web
- Perform detailed content audits, identify gaps and develop plans to address.
- Lead on-site content merchandising
- Evolve process to increase efficiency in content delivery including the repurposing of content across multiple channels.
- Work with Agencies to create media plan for paid marketing. Monitor and Optimize paid campaigns for new Product launches, festive offers and other large scale promotions
- Brand sentiment analysis through ORM and necessary actions to improve positive sentiments
- Test and optimize: always leverage data to drive future content decisioning and optimize your creative approach to drive better results.

?- Masters Degree from a premium institutes like IIM, MICA and 8-10 years experience in social media, digital media, content & e-reputation
- Prior experience in the social media, influencer space, digital media e- reputation
- A solid understanding of third-party social media tracking tools
- Experience working on both organic and paid social media programs a plus
- Experience in Media buying and monitoring of campaigns for optimized spends and increased visibility of brand campaigns
- A creative-thinker. Has ability to populate a high volume of new content ideas
- Has a keen analytical understanding of social media, digital media & e- reputation KPIs by post type and platform, how to track to business objectives and how to analyze data to craft narratives and reports
