Title: Head – Accounts & Finance / CFO
Reporting to: Managing Director
Location: Mumbai Job Purpose:
The incumbent will have overall responsibility for running Accounting and Taxation function. He / she will be responsible for overall operations of the department, improving processes and internal controls and defining policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
 Ensure Timely And Accurate Completion Of Monthly Financial Accounts, MIS & Balance Sheet, Generate Detailed Financial Analysis Of Key Operational Drivers and highlight Operational & Financial Concern Areas. 
 Ensure statutory compliances of Direct and Indirect taxes for Timely & Appropriate Payment Of Statutory Dues As Well As Filing Of Periodic Returns
 Finalization of assessment/audit cases with tax authorities and coordination with consultants. Prepare accurately and errorfree working for appeal and revision cases with regards to Direct and Indirect taxes
 Preparation of MIS report like GRIR open items, invoice tracker, aging report for inventory, payables, advance, and receivables, sales status like booking, collection, receivables status
 Make regular reports to the management on income, expenditure, and any variations from budgets.
 Providing Strategic Leadership to Finance function of the group.
 Ensuring all statutory compliances well within time
 Responsible for all aspects of Direct and Indirect Taxation of the group including Tax planning, assessments, etc
 Cost Audit
 Maintain cordial relations and coordinate with all the stakeholders and Business partners of the group
 Develop and manage all financial and accounting processes while ensuring adequate financial controls
 Develop team by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
 Closely observe and monitor the changes in various government regulations, policies and analyze their impact on groups finances and prepare a strategy to respond to these changes Evaluating Internal control systems of the group and establishing proper tracking systems to facilitate timely report of deviations
 Supervise and Control Finalization of accounts for the group
 Defining accounting policies / processes for the Group Ideal Candidate
 Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10 - 15 years of experience preferably from manufacturing industry Competencies
