Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the entire process of empanelment process with government departments involving pre-bid clarification meetings, document preparation, addressing queries during scrutiny and evaluation, attending rate negotiation for product approval 2. Map various business opportunities with government & semi-government organizations across India and implement the action plan for business growth 3. Responsible to identify potential business and key target markets especially with government-related opportunities 4. Work closely with senior management and external stakeholders to establish project plans, pricing, cost analysis, risk management plans, project milestones, and deliverable 5. Estimate the timeline for conversion after consulting all stakeholders 6. Serve as the single point of contact with the government client for all communication 7. Coordinate with the operations team for successful execution of the project and timely collection of payments from the client 8. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets in the government sector 9. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with government officials and PSU executives 10. Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts   Qualification requirements: - - Graduation preferably in Engineering. MBA preferred- Fluent in written and spoken English - Experience of 12 to 18 years in government sales with a strong network within various government departments - Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts - Proven ability to position products against competitors
