?Position: Head Head � HR, Admin & HSE
Location: Jaipur
Reporting to: Factory Head
Team: 10 to 12 members

Key Purpose:
Holds main responsibility for all people related activities within an organization from both an operational and strategic perspective. Head HR should collaborate well with business operations and helps organization to execute short/long-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
� Responsible for day to day HR, Admin & HSE functions� management and provide strategic direction to the organisation in these areas.
� Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur.
� Provide advice on HR Policies formation and administer the same.
� Ensure availability of Right Talent at Right Place in Right Time.
� Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from Department heads. Manage costs to budget.
� Ensure qualitative Performance Management process
� Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way
� Maintain a succession plan for all departments
� Conduct occupational health referrals and providing support and advice to employees
� Provide information and reports to Top Management on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.
� Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.

?Minimum 15 years of experience in Consumer Product Industry, Min 5 years of working experience as Head HR & Admin. Should have practical knowledge of handling HSE function.

� Previously influenced senior management, built strong commercial relationships and driven an HR strategy
� Must have handled the OD interventions
