?� Should be able to recruit / Manage recruitment at Head Office and Field level.
� Ensure Job Description / Annual Performance Appraisal process is established / administered.
� Ensure all HR related Policies / Manuals are in place and implemented across organization.
� Ensure all Statutory Compliances / Laws.
� To work on Capacity Building i.e. Training Requirement / Plan/ Execution thru Internal and External resources.
� Ensure smooth running of HR related Operational activities including pay roll processing, Joining and Exit formalities etc.
� Handle employee related frauds, misappropriations , fidelity cases and discipline issues.
� Ensure Office utilities, Logistic arrangements, facilities maintenance, Vendor management.
� Ensure support for Expansion of Branch network.
� Ensure Company Records maintenance including Warehouse management.
?Reporting to the Directors
?Leading NBFC company providing microfinance
?� Age Limit 40-45 Years
� Post graduate / 2 Year PG Diploma in HR, Social work from a Nationally Reputed Institute
� Required 10-15 years of experience in Service Industry. Exposure to Microfinance /banking is must. ( at least 5 years at a senior management level)
� Should be able to handle Large Teams
� Extensive Travelling including semi urban and rural areas
� Dynamic with positive mind set
� Understanding of all the relevant laws / compliance related issues
