?As a India Head -HR, you will be responsible for increasing business performance by solving complex organizational challenges through talent-related solutions. You will be an integral resource to the leadership teams that you support, demonstrating an understanding and curiosity of every aspect of the business. You will create a cohesive vision for the region and the end-to-end People Strategy that will drive business performance. You think of the bigger picture, use data to guide your work, are comfortable in challenging convention, and in some cases reinventing how work is done. You will lead your team along with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts to design and execute the strategy for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize in relation to work.

?Key Responsibilities

- Implement performance and reporting measures, regularly synchronizing with internal customers and stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities.

- Serve as the single point of accountability for decision making and escalations ensuring service levels are met and/or exceeded and all operational metrics are trending in a positive direction.

- Assess health of the country through establishment and measurement of KPIs.

- Identify areas where strategic organizational transformation is needed to ensure the effectiveness of a global engineering organization.

- Partner closely with functional and shared services teams to deliver high-value service to leaders. Address and manage a broad spectrum of employee relations matters, and work to resolve them through a systematic approach, adhering to company policies, local employment laws and best practices.

Business Partner:
- Prioritize efforts across India locations that build the capability and capacity of the Engineering organization

- Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan in order to influence lasting change over large functions at Visteon. Be a trusted advisor and coach to leadership and play a critical role in enhancing their leadership effectiveness.

- Work with HR peers as well as COE leaders to address solutions to functional challenges.

- Define goals, provides leadership and develop employees in the regional HR organization.

- Proactively develop appropriate communication cadence and change methodology.

- Drive people-related initiatives with your communication, coaching and influencing skills, and offer thought-leadership regarding organizational/people-related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.

- Build organizational health by ensuring that the organization is structured in a way that helps achieve business objectives. Manage talent effectively to ensure we have the right people in the right roles. Enable business leaders to cultivate an effective leadership pipeline.

Human Resources Leadership:
- Act as a change agent to drive innovation and process improvements across our entire organization

- Proactively develop relationships across the organization that can be leveraged to drive HRs agenda and deliverables
