- Strategic Human Resource Planning for all the operational area- Plant/ Sales/ Shared services/Operations.
- Performing Talent Acquisition Strategy for regional location/ plant location & corporate.
- Change Management & Reengineering planning for all locations and departments.
- Preparation of succession planning for further development.
- Employee Relations, Industrial Relations & grievance handling.
- Must be well versed with Union and compliance management for PAN India.
- Must be Skilled in handling end to end HR process and development plan at different levels and for different locations.
- Ensuring preventive plan for risk and compliance for manufacturing & all business models.
- Working on all department’s development and enhancement plan.
- Ensuring for scope analysis for L & D in all levels.
- Must have knowledge of KPI/KRA and performance evaluation reframing and restructuring timely to drive the business process in correct directions.
- Must be good with timely and accurate salary payments (off roll, on roll, contractual & agencies payment)
- Should have good knowledge of handling Administration as well.
- Must have handled 4000 plus no’s of on roll manpower and 5000 plus off roll/contractual manpower.
- Managing all challenges and dynamics of HR department and delegate the duties after capacity evaluation.
