Responsibilities:1. Implementing / Revamping HR policies across the organisation- Identifying the needs of the Employee and the Organisation to implement new and revamping existing HR policies for increasing employee morale2\. Employee Engagement and Motivation- Have in place initiatives to manageemployee motivation and create different channels to ensure their involvementwith the organisation3. Training & Development- Identify training needs and develop training modules accordingly. Plan training schedules as per technical and behavioural training needs. Monitor training effectiveness and maintain the records4. Employee Satisfaction and Employee Engagement Surveys- Annual surveys for calculating Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Indexes. Tracking the Low scoring points and working on it5. HR Budgeting- Make and maintain a budget for all the HR activities6. Manpower Planning- Coordinating with various functions and planning for the manpower requirements of the organisations. Developing sourcing strategies and filing in positions with the right candidates7. Grievance Redressal- Capturing Employee's concerns and segregating their complaints and grievances. Resolve their complaints and capture and address their grievances8. Rewards and Recognition- Plan ways to reward and recognize top performers9. Career Management- Create a career track path for all the functions across the organization10. Maintain HR-MIS- Developed an automated Excel Sheet for immediate top-view analysis of the captured data. Maintain monthly HR-MIS in coordination with the different functions11. Handling Joining and Separation of Employees- Plan and document details of all employees lifecycles. Manage induction as well as exit formalities for employees12. Compensation Benefit & Compliance- Responsible for leave analysis, salary structure, grading and branding. Improvement and streamlining the salary component, income tax calculation, incentive and other allowance following industry best practice and trend analysis13. Performance Management- Responsible for preparing, planning and facilitating the performance appraisal process and ensuring it is conducted as per the defined appraisal periodically
