A dynamic HR Professional with 20+ years of experience having strong Manufacturing industry background and experience in handling diverse workforce of 2000+ employees in multiple locations including union / non-union, temporary staff, front-line staff, mid-level and Senior Management.

Should have Talent Management Skills for developing teams. Key contributor on executive teams, participating in Organizational Development and Corporate Strategic Planning.
Should be Proficient in managing HR function viz., Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Public Relations, Safety and Personnel & Administration.

Should Overview all Plant Companies � Signing Long Term Wage Agreements and Bonus Agreements.

Should be well versed with various Labour Laws and its compliances, Service Laws and legal implications with focus provide inputs for HRD Policies.

Should design and develop integrated performance management intervention, deriving the right KPIs for the goal sheets, Facilitating the review process and capturing actual against targets

Should facilitate training on various management tools like 5S, Kaizen, Safety, Productivity, etc.

Should Prepare training curriculum and facilitate training program for contract laborers on product safety, personal safety and housekeeping

Will Oversee and if required interact with various government authorities like Factory Inspector, Labour Office, PF, ESIC, Collector Office, Labour Court, Industrial Tribunal, Apprentice Board, Employment Exchange, Municipal Corporation, MIDC, MPCB, etc., on a case to case basis.
