- Working towards establishing the International Market Segment in the Organization.
- Achieving the Business targets of the International Market Segment- OBT, Revenue & Collection
- Responsible for interacting with HOD / MD for communicating the Market Segment performance and plans in line with the Organization Objectives,
- Develop International Market for all the Business Verticals- Product and EPC.
- Identify & generate business opportunities across the GLOBE for the above Business Verticals of the Organization.
- In charge of the Business Development Activities- Spec-in, QR, elimination of competition, product marketing, brand marketing, project mapping, competitor mapping, creating opportunities, Partnerships, JV’s, etc.
- Back end Marketing: Tendering, offer preparation, Enquiry Bank MIS, Ensure timely offers, Follow up & acquire orders, Ensure timely execution of orders as per customer requirements & achieve business goals
- Export Documentations: well versed and understanding of export documentation.
- Contractual: Ensure organization interest are safeguarded in contracts and partnerships, commercially and legally.
- Relationship Building Skills- with internal and external customers.
- Capitalize competencies & USP of company and product for healthy business opportunities
- Ensure that the company gains market share in the targeted Markets and achieve approved budgeted Revenue, OBT & Collection targets.
- Influence Operational Excellence for the International Market: Drive major operational initiatives, including cost reduction, process innovation and operations quality across the SBU’s in India.
- Takes responsibility for overall sales implementation, coordinates projects, programs, marketing efforts, sales planning & forecasting, and productivity, and develop business partnerships.
- Prepare the Marketing strategy & plan for the International Market in line with the Business Verticals targets/Budgets.
- Prepare a workable and functional Business Development plan for new markets, new products, etc
- To ensure tapping of new customers and to generate new contracts.
- To initiate & drive new programs for developing and expanding the business.
- To give opinion on possible improvements to procedures, processes and standards.
- To perform other reasonable tasks as requested by management.
- Cross Functional working: Work Cohesively with the other departments to ensure achievement of the objectives.
- Travel with a plan: for prospective business and targeting growth in business opportunities.
