Business Head – Leasing business
Job Description
The role reports to the Directors of the company and involves the following
- Develop and implement Strategy and Business plan for the company
- Work with equipment sales team to develop leasing solutions for customers
- Structure lease proposals and oversee portfolio performance
- Negotiate & raise debt financing and manage cashflows
- Develop and implement systems to monitor portfolio performance
- Undertake corrective measures in case of asset underperformance
- Management of receivables
- Recruit, develop and manage a team of leasing/structuring analysts and other staff
- Manage the P&L of the business
Key Competencies
- Ability to manage P&L and balance Sheet of a business
- Credit assessment
- Financial modeling and Lease structuring

- Dealing with various stakeholders of the business
- Good written and oral communication skills
- A self-driven professional with the ability to work independently
Profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience encompassing credit and P&L management
- Experience in banking/NBFC, Heavy equipment leasing companies preferable
- CA/MBA finance from reputed institutes
- Experience in BOO/BOOT projects in infrastructure companies will be an added advantage
