Job Description
·Preparation of annual Business Plan.
·Prepare the Strategies to achieve Business Plan.
·Analysis of last year’s business plan and reasons for variance.
·Prepare annual Capex & Project Plan.
·Execute Resources optimization through deploying resources like manpower, machine,
material for achieving optimum utilization & productivity.
·Analyze the maintain expenses & spares inventory of past years and Prepare the annual budgets for Engineering & Maintenance Expenses & the spares inventory.
·To oversee entire operation & maintenance of equipment, machineries & utilities of the plant.
·To plan, schedule and execute maintenance (Preventive, predictive & breakdown) for all production, utility & material handling equipment.
·To prepare and to float the agreements with contractors, evaluation of offers, techno-commercial discussion, and finalization of agreement / contract in view of required tasks.
·Proactively identify areas of obstructions/problems, & to take steps to rectify the same.
·To identify & eliminate obsolete processes & mechanisms to increase the productivity.
