Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and manufacturing
operations.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the HR team at the manufacturing facility and the
corporate office.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent for manufacturing roles and corporate
positions.
Develop workforce planning strategies to address talent needs across both locations based on
production requirements and business forecasts.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives across the manufacturing
facility and corporate office.
Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with
company policies and legal requirements.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with labor
laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies and practices
accordingly.
Performance Management and Training:
Implement performance management processes to evaluate employee performance, provide
feedback, and support employee development.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of
employees at both locations.
Health, Safety, and Wellness:
Lead health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment for all employees at the
manufacturing facility and corporate office.
Implement wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being across both locations.
Labor Relations:
Manage labor relations activities, including negotiations with labor unions or works councils, if
applicable, to maintain positive relations between management and employees.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Establish key HR metrics and analytics to track HR performance, monitor workforce trends, and
provide insights for decision-making.
Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to the Managing Director and senior
management.
