The Head Inside Sales will be responsible for generating sales from newclients primarily in the North American Markets. Our ideal leaders in ourteams have always been self-starters who embrace ambiguity think big and bringtheir own uncompromising standards of excellence.What you'll do 1. Drive our rapidly growing business through the inside sales team and help it achieve a larger scale with a projection of $1-2 million in the next 12-18 months. 2. Recruit, develop, and train excellent teams for the Inside sales function who will be able to meet and exceed expectations 3. Own and hit exceed monthly quarterly annual sales targets 4. Develop a strong inside sales strategy with a focus on strengthening existing client relationships while generating sales from new leads 5. Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure increased sales and brand consistency 6. Design and implement sales targets for the team and identify improvements needed in sales processes 7. Consistently evaluate the team's capabilities providing training and motivation to achieve targets Structure and implement sales targets for the team members and develop lucrative incentive plans 8. Ensure that the company meets or exceeds its revenue and profitability goals 9. Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accountsWhat we look for 1. Results-oriented professional with good relationship skills 2. Candidates with 15+ experience in the inside sales function preferably with a SaaS product company 3. In-depth knowledge and experience in sales with excellent closing and negotiation skills Excellent business and people judgment capabilities 4. Proven ability to plan forecast and manage resources 5. Excellent understanding of the North American Markets.Interview process: Multiple rounds of interviews with key stakeholdersincluding external consultants along with case studies and discussions onstrategy.
