Experience: 15+ years, of which 5 years in automotive domain or adjacentareas.Awareness on overall development cycle and manufacturing processesKnowledge on Indian automotive ecosystemCoordination skills over leadership. Ability to coordinate effectively and todrive for mutually agreeable conclusions.Experience in dealing with global customers and sensitive to differentcultures**Responsibilities:****Revenue:** Jointly analyze with BU for accuracy / justification**Profit:** Target set based on profitability at time of business award.Weighted RoS of awarded QRDB from the past 3 years**New Business/Product Technologies** : Gain insights to customer's futureproduct planning and to coordinate with BUs to align on pursuit plan**External/ Internal Relation:** Maintain frequent / good communication withcustomer in alignment with BUs on all matters. Help to facilitate internally /externally to resolve any communication gap between the companies.**Talent Development** : Promote/train customer's cultures, history andbehaviors to all relevant members for improved service to customer.
