head performance marketing in hyderabad

Developing Digital marketing strategy and road map for and managing the
digital marketing budget.
Ensuring cross-channel growth delivery as per the CPLs and lead numbers as specified
by brands.
Reporting brand performance and insights to Executive management and respective
stake holders and brand owners.
Review and selection of new technologies and tools.
Recruiting, training and building a high performing sustainable team.
Developing a knowledge bank to retain knowledge within the company, and develop
handbook to support onboarding and training.
Develop appraisals and career progression plans.
Establishing relationship with the brand owners to ensure collaboration with digital
teams, sharing technologies and developing new systems as required.
Leveraging other group services where relevant and developing relationships with
other shared services within group.
Work closely with the international marketing & sales team to ensure cohesive
approach and maximisation of ROI.
Work with partner agencies globally to brief and determine digital campaign strategies.
Work closely with analytics team to define and generate brand reports.
Be the face of the team to other entities.
