?As the Head of Performance Marketing you will be responsible for growing the business internationally through Affiliate Marketing & online partnerships via CPL, CPM, CPC, CPA & Tenancy deals. In this ROI-focused role, you will identify and develop opportunities in numerous countries, driving aggressive, profitable growth.



Reporting to the Client Services Director - Digital Marketing, the role will develop a commercial framework across the online partnerships channel, varying from large corporate global partners to the long tail affiliates. The role will drive forward the affiliate/online partner marketing strategy, with a focus on collaboration campaigns and enhancing the partner experience.



The ideal candidate brings a combination of managerial, strategic, commercial and creative thinking qualities along with the ability to adopt a hands-on approach to the role. They will lead a team in building strong, progressive growth in territories and maintain senior level relationships to grow affiliate networks.

?Leading and develop the Affiliate Marketing channel, managing the in-house programme and external affiliate networks

� To manage online marketing tools (bid management, affiliate management, analytics), providing reporting and analysis to the business and overseeing the adoption of new tools

� To identify, create and optimise various online partners including mobile, PPC, remarketing and social media.

� Extensive experience running large scale affiliate marketing

� Knowledge of digital channels

� The ability to talk with anyone and motivate � working with team members to coach and develop

� Extremely high standards � pushing for continuous improvement

� Ability to work in a fast paced environment often on projects with tight timelines

� Delivering against the traffic and sales targets for the affiliate channel

� Working closely with other channels and business units to understand the overall picture

� Experience media planning, forecasting and budgeting

� A strong communicator who effortlessly builds and maintains working relationships internally and externally

� Experience planning and managing large budgets

� Outstanding analytical and reporting skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, bid-management software and attribution methodology

� Be a self-starter with exceptional relationship-building, business development and influencing skills
