Lead business development initiatives and spearhead overall strategic growth agenda of crop protection business across geographies. Responsible for improving yield of existing products, reducing cycle time of existing products basically build efficiency from manufacturing cost point and existing product. Strategize and drive various Operation Excellence Initiatives to create additional bottom line and top line impact by successfully executing improvement projects. Establish, sustain, continually improve, assure a compliant and independent Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) Management System (EHS-MS) for the company, its subsidiaries and JV.
