    Roles and Responsibilities
    Strategic:
    • Identify, develop and direct the implementation of project execution strategy
    • Planning the development mix (including location) to be constructed.
    • Oversee Liaison with various government agencies to obtain approvals
    • Establishing standards for developing the project of global standards.
    • Introduce/Implement new technological advancements in the field
    Operational:
    • Identification and management of Architects and Consultants for the Project.
    • Formulation of Contract packages, negotiation and awarding of contracts.
    • Plan and monitor phase wise development and adhere to delivery timelines of project
    • Lead/ Manage cross functional teams like contracts, liaison, architecture, procurement, HSE etc.
    • Monitor quality of materials in construction of project
    • Ensure adherence to processes/workflows developed as part of the - service delivery model- through an effective audit control mechanism.
    • Oversee all compliances are followed and adhered too.
    Financial:
    • Budgeting and expenditure planning.
    • Decide project implementation priorities to ensure optimum utilization of funds.
    • Ensure accuracy of all financial and metric data in accordance with contractual requirement Reviews and analyse company expenditure, financial, and operation reports to determine requirements needed for increasing/ensuring profitability.
    People:
    • Developing Team- Job Rotation and Stretch Assignments
    • Training need identification for higher productivity. Execute capability building initiatives.
    • Succession planning for continuity of construction People:
