Job Description
- To participate in project planning and strategic discussions on each project
- To work with Department Heads to develop short and long range project plans and major project related performance targets, metrics and benchmarks.
- To monitors progress, provides management with regular reports on project status, risks, expectations and other key project metrics to management. Advises of factors affecting project completion within time and budget requirements.
- To coordinate project needs and execution with other departments such as Facilities, Finance and Risk Management.
- To plan for resource requirements and coordinate with respective departments to ensure timely availability of resources
- To coordinate for execution of projects; involving finalization of technical specifications, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, manpower planning, etc.
- To review and monitor costs against planned budget regularly.
- To coordinate with Manufacturing Heads, maintenance and other departments in smooth implementation of the projects.
- To plan and ensure timely completion of the projects
- To be responsible for end to end project management
- To be responsible for CAPEX project implementation and ensure its completion on time and within defined cost budgets. Arrange for resources accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and safety norms
- Ensure all deliverable are as per the defined quality standards. Implement projects that would assist in minimization of rework and reduction in wastage/
