job description

1. Drive Business transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring that initiatives deliver planned outcomes. The change initiatives will include Growth Strategy implementation, Digitalisation of Customer Journeys, Business reorganisation, implementation of regulatory changes and Process management for increasing business efficiency.
2. Regularly report progress of project status, milestones, dashboard and financial scorecard achievements and budgetary standing in both formal (steering committee, PMO) and informal settings.
3. Stakeholder management and coordination with both, internal and third parties resources, to ensure projects are optimally executed.
4. Prompt identification of issues, potential red flags and problem solving to protect project schedules and budgets
5. Assisting in the process of creation and general support of new/ existing Business Processes to identify continuous improvements
