?1. Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve Organizations objectives
2. Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals for the Sales function encompassing In-house, Field Sales and Digital Marketing.
3. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
4. Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
5. Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
6. Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
7. Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
8. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
9. Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to management.
10. Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image.
11. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
12. Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
13. Directs market channel development activity.
14. Meets with clients, assisting team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
15. Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
16. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
