    One of the leading producers of Synthetic Emulsion Polymers in India.  Designation: Head - Sales & Marketing Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 15-20 years of experience in Sales of Specialty chemicals, Rubber, Polymer, etc. Qualification: B. Tech/M.Tech in Polymer Science /Rubber Technology, M.Sc –Polymer.; MBA/Diploma in Marketing. Responsbilities:  To achieve revenue and profitability target of synthetic rubber product (SBR), VP Latex and Other Synthetic Lattices (nitrile latex application).
     Sales experience to the following segments: carpet, textiles, non-woven, construction, tyres, paper, rubber, etc.
     To set up distribution and sales network for business units by identifying appropriate channel partners and developing and managing them effectively.
     To control and monitor consignment agents / dealers in India in terms of their sales and collection of their payments / various statutory forms.
     To collect market information (competition activities) on regular basis to draw up marketing plan, forecasting market trend and to prepare sales projection.
     To develop New customer contacts for establishment and maintenance of customer relationship.
     To coordinate with other departments like R&D, Materials, Production, Finance for the execution of customer order.
