The jobholder is responsible for leading a sales team (direct & indirect) for the region for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, expanding customer database and market share. To work in line with the sales targets and objectives, provide information of the prevailing market conditions and provide sales reports as required by the management. The jobholder combines sales skills with technical knowledge.

This role involves extensive travelling across the region in order to develop the business, customer contact and contact with the sales team spread across.

1. Industry � Construction � experience preferably in Irrigation projects or Infrastructure projects or Pipeline Projects.

2. Has an advanced knowledge and contacts with the various stakeholders in the industry. For example � contractors, consultants, various governments entities etc...

3. Experienced in estimation, tendering, business development

4. Has excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

5. Experience forecasting, market analysis , budgeting

6. Proven ability to interact effectively with Senior Executives and cross functional teams.
