The new incumbent will have the opportunity to developand own a new delivery model for Randstad India. In doing so, she/he will evolve the role of Randstadfrom a business primarily concerned with providing staffing and recruitment solutions to an enabler of ourvalue proposition for talent & clients: an authoritative source and a global reference point for workforcesolutions & knowledge.The new incumbent will be required to lead the development of a new talent center delivery model &team from inception through to ensuring all project deliverables are on track. The incumbent will workclosely with specialization teams, especially managers, to assess the needs of talents & clients within thecontext of their business / functional environment and act as a trusted source of talent needs for thedefined scope. She / he will be responsible for translating all business & functional requirements intoproject deliverables that can be executed at scale & at high TAT’s. The collaborative and consultativenature of the role requires a capacity to work with people at all levels in the organization and with peoplefrom many cultural backgrounds.She / he will also coordinate with the global client & talent delivery teams on certain global initiatives.More details on our current talent center models can be shared during the interview process.This role will report into the BH of PTS2What a typical day at work would look like?● Develop and drive the company’s overall talent center strategy and roadmap● Build the team from scratch at a national level● Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of talent profiles that can be added to the talent center per specialization● Setup metrics, daily targets and process for each workflow/focus talent group within the center● Maintain consistent levels of each talent bucket/focus talent group at the desired levels● Analyze reports and steer the team with necessary actions plans daily● Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level conversions along with BI & IT teams● Play the role of the main spoc for the leader of each specialization● Focus on continuous improvement activities● Keep up-to-date with market talent trends and best practices● Focus on the investment vs ROI approach while scaling the centerKey skills required:-● Strong influencing and communication skills● Ability to contribute to and implement organizational strategy● Capacity to work with people at all levels in an organization and with people from many cultural backgrounds.● Able to manage effectively a number of competing priorities● A strategic thinker with the ability to lead by example demonstrating an ability to deliver set tasks, objectives and strategic priorities● Very strong in project management with a focus on high volume recruitment scenarios● Excellent planning and time management skills● Attention to detail● Assessing current methods and recommending improvementsWhat do you bring with you?Education Qualifications: Degree in engineering/finance/HR or business & an MBA would be desiredExperience: Minimum 10 + years of experience in a high volume temp/perm/RPO environmentSkills:● Experience in setup & supervising high volume recruitment projects● Full project lifecycle experience● Complex recruitment project implementation experience● Understanding of temp & perm staffing models focused on talent needs● Knowledgeable of India talent market - especially high volume talent needs across regions● Experience in implementing recruitment technology tools
