     Advanced technical knowledge on resolving network, internet, Email and printer issues
     Ability to patch Windows and Mac computers and troubleshoot OS and security patching related
    issues
     Excellent knowledge on employees on-boarding and off-boarding process
     Good understanding with Microsoft365 Email configuration and troubleshooting
     Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is plus
     Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
     Communication with users as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying
    them of impending changes and resolution ETAs.
     Respond to critical issues/ requests during off business hrs.
     Documentation and knowledge base building
     Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
     Strong communication skills.
