hr & admin associate in hyderabad

Job description-  - Monitor and maintain ,including repairing if needed, office equipment and inventory
supplies; order replacement supplies as needed
- Employee relation-Interact with employee regularly & track the performance.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets, If any
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees
- Update office practices as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Local HR functions and report to CCU.
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Maintain Company Documents
Requirements-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional
projects and solve problems
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Should be a good Team Player
- Prior experience as an office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative
responsibilities in a related field
- Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must
- Bachelor Degree ,preferably in Commerce Behavioural Competency-
