hr & admin executive in ahmedabad

Key responsibilities:
 Initiate recruitment related activities and ensure the position gets filled in stipulated time
 Conduct job interviews for positions and analyzing organizational fit for candidate
 Coordinating with various agencies for recruitment
 Forming Formal Induction Process
 Identifying training needs
 Executing timely trainings
 Identify gaps in skills for each and every employee so that his performance can be improved
 Performance Appraisals in tandem with the CXOs/HoDs
 Design and conduct employee engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction levels
 Redraft HR policies and procedures as per need
 Review organizational chart from time to time and ensure compliance to the same
 Handle employee grievances formally and informally, forward them to concerned department and
follow up for resolution
 Ensure employee behavior is in accordance with organization culture
 Sanction purchase of office supplies
 Coordinate with external agencies as per need 
Skills & Knowledge required:
 Min. graduate with good communication & interpersonal skills
 BBA Graduate with 1 year experience preferred
 Able to create positive work environment
