• Assist with drafting job descriptions, job advertisements and posting jobs to relevant job boards.

• Review, track & monitor legislation that impacts the functioning of HR processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and policies.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing and obtaining necessary
paperwork.
Administrative Support
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
• Assist in organising HR events and training sessions.
• Assist in payroll preparation and administration, including training staff on the system
• Assist in the preparation of HR related reports as required.
• Other administrative tasks as required.The requirements for this position include:
• Previous experience as a HR Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Basic understanding of HR function, processes & recruitment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and do
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A positive and team-oriented attitude
Training:
• You will be trained to perform your duties using ERP system (NetSuite)
