What you’ll be doing:
Onboarding experience:
- Coordinates pre-hire and hire formalities, ensures compliance, collects documents
- In person contract signing and welcome pack coordination
- Coordinates/facilitates new hire orientation/induction sessions
- Ensures the integration of new employees; new hire follow-ups
- Assists in the activity to design, deliver and constantly improve our Onboarding proposition and programs in the country, in order to guarantee a positive Day 1 employee experience.
- Acts as steward of the employee experience and company culture
HR Administration
- Partners with HR Services to ensure that people transactions are processed timely, and processes are continuously reviewed, improved and streamlined
- Is responsible for organizing compliance training & awareness programs
- Collects HR documentation, performs related administrative activities, updates job descriptions.
Offboarding
- Conducts exit interviews to identify attrition trends
- Ensures compliance for and implements the exit process/documentation
- Employee experience, relations & support
- Assists with employee relations issues
- Responds to employee requests or issues via the HR systems, email, or chat
- Provides first level HR generalist advice, guidance and support to HR and the business in all employee matters
- Acts as Point of Contact for HR tools, processes, programs or projects.
- Support the Sr HR Manager & HRBP with the people plan, for example: performance calibration, talent forums, training and development
