?Work with the HR Leadership and Senior Management to address various issues related to
employee relations, employee retention, employee engagement to achieve the business goals
- Support BU leaders in planning Manpower requirements and help execution of the same.
- Effectively manage the stakeholders from different location /geographies and businesses to
develop and implement HR plans for a calendar year
- Research and provide thought leadership in areas like workforce planning, training and
development, grievance handling etc.
- Partner with business heads and managers to discuss on the performance of their individual
teams and work out a strategy to improve the performance to achieve business goals.
- Partner business on resource continuity plan and succession framework
- Assess training needs for the business and coordinate with L&D team, conduct 1:1 and group
discussions as appropriate.
- Implement HR priorities for the locations in line with the business and functional direction
including employee relations, people strategy, culture, and development of talent.
- Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that
can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies and increase retention
and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure coverage of all batches under Post Orientation Feedback(POF) within one month of
Going Live and ensure action planning for all Post Orientation Feedback (POF) conducted every
month for the process. Meet up with batches to understand concerns during the training period.
- Ensure Employee listening activities are planned, organized & conducted every quarter
- Investigate and give out DAP to employees found in violation of process/ company policies post
appropriate approvals
- Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.
- Performance Management & Development Facilitate goal setting, measures, review and final
rating and maintaining records of the same.

?A minimum of 8 years of experience in working as a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or in a
similar capacity
Experience working in a large organization preferable in an IT service organization
Must have experience in processes like Employee Engagement, Performance Management,
Grievance Handling, Exit Management, succession planning ( 9 box),Onboarding and Induction
of new employees etc.
Excellent communication
