Our client is Globally Reputed Technology FirmDesignation: ** ** HR DirectorLocation: BangaloreThe role Reports to APAC HR Director & Manages 6 Members for India Operations& HRBP for Engineering Dept (Software) for APACThis role is HR partner by aligning strategic objectives with human resourcesdeliveries to engineering business function. The candidate formulatespartnerships across the HR function to deliver valuable service to managementthat reflects the strategic objectives of the organization.The position holder serves as a consultant to global and regional HR andbusiness leaders on people-related issues in the designated geographies and isresponsible for HR operations in the countries in compliance with country lawsand regulations.Business Partnering * Provides advice and direction to the Leadership Team as part of the local management team member to improve work relationships, build morale, increase efficiency and retention. Provide consultation and mentor to managers where appropriate. * Builds and maintains positive relationships with company management. Works closely, partners and provides advice to regional or country senior leadership functions. * Leverage HR SMEs to provide total solutions by address separate issues in compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, etc. in a detailed way.Talent Acquisition & Management * Developing recruiting strategies and hiring plans for the region. * Lead employment branding initiatives in consideration of the efficiencies and effectiveness of hiring activities while encouraging positive candidate experience.Employee Communication & Relation * Ensure HR matters handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company's requirements * Manage and resolve sophisticated employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
