- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and employee development planning.
- Implement systems and tools to track and measure employee performance, identify high performers, and address performance gaps.
- Develop and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, competencies, and career advancement opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices, and oversee HR audits and investigations as needed.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, health and wellness benefits, and retirement plans.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide insights to inform strategic HR initiatives and business decisions.
