Reporting RelationshipThe HR Executive will report to the HR Manager.
Job SummaryThe HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Implement and administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain employee records, including payroll, benefits, and performance management.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, leave, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive and productive work environment.

Qualification/Education

Experience
