Roles & Responsibilities
· Oversee end to end recruitment
· Conducting HR Interviews across all levels, salary negotiation, BGV and on boarding
· Induction for new joiners
· Ability to fill niche positions with minimal time-frame
· Create and maintain HR Dashboard
· Create and maintain statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run quires
· Create and maintain Personnel file of employees
· Ensure nil compliance in on-boarding process
· Co-ordinate with relevant stake holder on assessment of employees performance
· Maintenance of employees probation confirmation across all levels
· Create and maintain leave records
· Checking attendance of employees using HRMS and prepare payroll inputs by co-ordinating with relevant stake holders across other branches
· Provide support to employees in various HR related quires and resolve any issues that may rise
· Ensure the smooth off-boarding process
· Knowledge on SAP-HR module is an added advantage
Skill Requirement
· Proven work experience in HR on-boarding & Off-boarding (4+ years)
· Hands on experience in payroll process
· Proficiency in MS-Excel/Power point/ Word
· Basic knowledge on statutory compliance
· Good Communication skill (English, Hindi & Tamil) – Mandate
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
· Master Degree in Human Resource or equivalent degree
· Preferably Female Candidate
· Budget as per market standard
