    Duties and responsibilities
     Workers attendance – Managing – arranging workers on day to day basis
     Preparing & sending various reports as set by the department head on daily basis/
    reports asked by dept. head as & when basis
     Help in implementing & regulating policies, rules, announcements, circulars, notices as
    circulated by the department head/ management
     Handling & solving day to day general & HR portal related queries of all category
    employees
     On boarding & induction of newly joined employees
     Assisting the department head in all other HR – Administration related activities – new
    joinee registrations in portal – Assist in sourcing candidates – scheduling interviews
    Qualifications & profile
     Min 1 years of experience of working in HR department in any plant setup (Preferably in
    steel plant).
     Must have Diploma / Degree / Masters Course in HR. No certification course candidate
    can apply in case candidate is having only certification course.
    Working conditions
     Job Location: Wada Plant
     Bachelor Accommodation on shared basis/ Conveyance

     CTC: 20-25K
