A master's degree in human resource management and four years' experience in the HR field.

1. Recruitment:
a. Understanding the requirement received from concerned department
b. Preparing a JD based on the requirement and getting approved from concerned manager
c. Uploading the requirement to the ATS
d. Posting the jobs on all job boards
e. Sourcing the candidates from Job Boards, Employee references, etc.,
f. Screening the candidate by taking a telephonic discussion to ensure he is the best fit
g. Arranging in-person interview & coordinating with the concerned manager
h. Tracking the meetings & feedbacks from client
i. Maintaining & Updating the Candidates Database
j. Performing a proper background check of the selected candidates.

2. Induction & Onboarding
a. When a candidate got selected, releasing an offer letter or letter of intent, on joining date issuing appointment letter with brief work agreement & policies explained.
b. Giving a brief description of policies, procedures and work culture followed by the Company
c. Ensure the candidate should fill all the necessary joining documents
d. Introducing him to the Manager & Team
e. Coordinating with IT Team for his mail id and system allocation

3. HR Policies & Employee Handbook
a. If the company does not have an employee's handbook & policies drafting the same for the company
b. Making and amending the existing policies and procedures

4. Attendance, Time Sheet Management & Leave records
a. Keeping track of internal employees
b. Filing the leave forms & keeping track of leaves availed
c. Seeing that there is not much absenteeism d
. Monitoring to that no employee is irregular and if there are such people taking necessary action and preventive measures
5. Performance & R'N'R (Recognition & Reward)
6. Employee Engagement: Conducting activities on special days and engaging employees
7. Compensation & Benefits
8. Exit Formalities
a. Conducting exit interviews with the candidate who resigned
b. Trying to get constructive feedback for the company and trying to implement the corrective measures of them.
c. Helping out the person to get relieved properly
d. Issuing relieving letter & experience letter
e. Initiating full & final settlement of the candidate to finance dept

9. Technical Support & Help Desk
a. As a technical support & help desk will monitor & maintain computer systems and network within the organization.
b. Keeping track of biometric login of the employees
c. Diagnosing hardware/ software faults and solving the issues related to VOIP phones and Skype Phones
d. Ensure that network will run smooth and fine without affecting the productivity
