HR Lead - Performance & Rewards

Key Expectations:

A) Knowledge and expertise in:

  • Design, Execute and run performance management programs.
  • Design, Execute and run Compensation and Rewards practices across Pay, STI, LTI programs.
  • Business partnering experiences in translating business objectives into executable HR plans.

B) Change Management of interventions.

C) Management of budget and quality of output from stakeholders.

D) Managing an ecosystem of partners in the discharge of the services.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Min 10+ years of experience in the function with a min of 2 years as in the capacity of a Team Leader/Function lead.
  • Experiences of having run a min of 5+ program cycles. 
  • Experiences or exposure to the SaaS/PaaS technology startups would be preferred.
  • Experiences in the technology, startup ecosystem.
