HR Leader is core responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the companys human resources department.
Typically, they supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits,
training and development, budget, and labor relations. An HR Leader is also expected to take a leadership role in developing
a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to a firms objectives.
HR Leader can effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational
strategic goals. In addition, HR Leader can lead performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor
relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.

Partners with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and People strategy related to business
operations including recruiting, performance management, training, payroll, company policies and employee
programs.
Leads and coordinates implementation of policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the
organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Oversee, monitor, and develop HR strategies, policies and practices that support the Companies goals and business
requirements that create a diverse, respectful, welcoming, and inclusive work environment for all employees.
Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits,
and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity,
recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Develops staffing and recruiting plan; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management,
supports recruiting team with tools and training to identify and hire the best talent.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required, Masters degree
preferred. At least ten years of human resource management experience required.
