**HR Policies:**ð To plan, organize and ensure effective implementation of HR policiesð Review the policies & suggestion for amendment for effective implementationð Design and Implement new Policies and rules on the basis of 'Transparencyand Equality ** ** concept.ð Involved in the process of formulating/revising in the policies.** ** ** ** ** Handling contract employees:**ð Screenings of contract labours under various contracts & insuredocumentations.ð Ensure contract employees connect and wellbeing as per legal requirements.ð Insure the proper joining formalities of contract manpower as perrequirements.ð Conducting regular meetings with the contractor every alternate month andauditing the records as per the contract labor act.ð Dealing with contractors for contract labour & labour productivity alsooptimum use of contract manpower. **Payroll Management:**ð Ensure the time management system for factoryð Ensure the discipline as per 'Office timings' and 'Late coming & earlygoing' policies and take corrective measures, if the same is not beingfollowed.ð Ensure time payroll processing.**Statutory** ** Compliance:**ð Insure 100% Statutory Compliance, Register upkeep and updating undervarious legislations such as Factories Act 1948, Workmen compensation Act1923, ESIC Act 1948, EPF Act 1952, Employees Gratuity Act 1972, ContractLabour Act 1970, Minimum wages Act 1948, Payment of wages Act 1936, Payment ofBonus Act 1965 and others.ð Take necessary actions on the audit observation**Employee Engagement:**ð Ensure appropriate employee engagement practices that will assist inretention Effective internal communication & brandingð Ensure that employee grievances / issues are managed and resolved speedilyand to the satisfaction of both the employees and the management.ð Ensure that the HR function is equipped with required skills to address theneeds of the employees and the management.ð Worked on reward and recognition system (Star of the week, Best employee ofthe year). Identified representative behaviour anchors reflecting core valuesin day-to-day life and prepared a scale to identify and reward the role modelemployees **Employee Relations:**ð Provide a proactive HR consultation to people leaders on employee relationactivities. Advising and coaching them on ER issues like disciplinary,performance management etc.ð Build strong relationships with people managers within orginasationð Maintain employee connect across all locations.ð Insure Employee welfare & other activities in the plant like. Transport,canteen, drinking water, rest room, medical facility and other activities suchas safety week celebration, and employee grievance. **Industrial Relations:**ð To maintain industrial relations with the union members / workers and tryto resolve all disputes between the management and the workmen.ð Resolve the grievance of workers and take corrective action as per thesituation and handle the grievances on issues through counselling to employeesin the matter relating to payroll, Overtimes, increments and leavesð Investigate and lead resolution of complex employee relations issues.Working with internal/external legal counsel to ensure corporate complianceand risk management of all issues.ð Followed Disciplinary procedure if required (show cause notice, conductingthe domestic inquiry, disciplinary action, preparing the charge sheet etc.)ð Knowledge of disciplinary procedure (issuing warning letter, show causenotice, preparing the charge sheet etc.)** ** **Legal:**ð Lead all the court cases ** ** pending at various labour courts.ð To attend conciliation meetings.ð To facilitate company advocate in pleading at Honourable court or beforecompetent authorities under various acts.ð To facilitate and implement any compromise, Memorandum of Understanding(MOU), Settlement under various Acts which has occurred during Conciliation,Arbitration between the Plaintiff and Respondent management at labour office,Labour/Civil Court.** ** **Liaison & Networking:**ð Maintaining industrial relation through licensing with governmentauthorities, Police, Sarpanch & Local administration.ð Drive liaison with Govt. bodies / agencies to ensure timely support by theexternal agencies for all the business challenges faced on account of employeerelations challenges/issue.**Administration:**ð Involve all the administration activities including InfrastructureManagement, Plant Security Management, Transport, Canteen and almostutilization of resources.ð Negotiation & Selection of vender to the Organizationð Renewal of the contractor Agreements & Bill verification (AMC)
