Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, including managing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Manage performance appraisal and feedback processes.
- Support employee development and training initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or relevant HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
