Responsibilities
  1. Collecting Resource Requirements from Business Heads
  2. CO Ordinating with Recruitment Vendors to get appropriate Candidates
  3. Managing the Interview Process.
  4. Channelizing and Set up SOP for different interview positions - Consulting with Business Heads
  5. Co - Ordinate and negotiate with Vendors to have resources onboarded on time in the organization based on the requirement.
  6. Backward planning to have resources in place whenever a existing employee resigns (Ideally somebody with Good HR qualities should work on good retention policies for employees)
  7. Improve Company Work Culture
  8. Employee -On Boarding (Induction to Retirement cycle should be well managed)**
  9. Managing and maintaining the Documentation for employees during the complete journey, Appointment letters, Hike letters, appreciation letters etc. **
  10. Capable of writing and implementing Policies and publishing to employees periodically. **
  11. People Management should be a good skill.
  12. Should know KPI Management track and review on timely basis
  13. Accountable for Resource Utilization/ availability 
  14. Proficient in People Management
  15. Payroll processing and management 
  16. Should know all Govt Statutory compliances and file them on time such as ESI, PF, PT and Income tax on time.
