- Grievance Management and advise the business leaders at Plant level across Unit
- Representing the Management before the Conciliation and other Labor Authorities
- Co-ordination with Company Lawyer and Management, to represent our case in appropriate Courts.
- Responsible in monitoring and advice for the HRBP’s for cordial Employee Relations.
- Maintain Court cases records and follow up of all the Court cases and ensure the timely representation at appropriate courts.
- Establish systems, policy, and procedures for labor relations
- Represents the Company in discussions and meetings with government agencies and Labor Union
- Processes labor disputes/grievances in a proper and timely manner, develop complaint and investigation processes, guidelines, tools and templates.
- Establish rapport, interact regularly with employees to provide them a medium to share their concerns in order to develop a positive work environment. Manage Long term settlement
- To extend support to HR Operations in terms of checking compliances from contractors end and local laws
- Implement internal communication processes and tools, in order to sustain flow of information at all levels. Ensure Monthly and Quarterly communication meetings.
- To initiate, support & lead the annual appraisal cycle. To train and cover all Management population on Tools. Partner and coach line managers on how to provide feedback and ensure one to one meeting for all employees
- Deploy Reward & Recognition program in unit and lead Annual Reward Ceremony
- To Collaborate with Learning Solution team in terms deploying CCR. Carryout Competency Gap and share report with Line Managers. Use LSC and ensure deliverable as per outcome.
- Facilitate engagement survey on each quarter. Analyze results and come out with firm action plan for the unit and ensure engagement level to benchmarked level
- HC Reporting in Bridge and collaborate with HRIS Team to ensure error free database
- Awareness of HR activities of Workforce Planning, Legal Compliance, Learning & Development, Career & Succession Planning. Talent Management, Employee/ Social Relation
• Masters with relevant experience / Bachelor’s degree in Law major from reputed university an added advantage.
• At least 15 years’ experience as an Employee Relations & IR officer in a large Organization.
• Thorough knowledge of Labor Laws and drafting skills
• Good analytical, negotiation, organizational and planning skills.
• Able to work in detail and multitask, having exposure to multi locations
• Good working attitude and good interpersonal skill.
