?1. To design and develop HR Policies according to the business scenario and requirements
2. To manage the entice cycle of recruitment for both DL & IDL Staffs
3. To manage contract labour management and optimum utilization of resources.
4. To support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
5. To develop and motivate overall HR strategies, Systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
6. Ensure Legal compliance throughout business requirements
7. To measure employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
8. Liaisoning with Goverement Departments like Labor, Pollution control, Local Councils for licenses, renewals etc.,
9. To enhance the system of employee care
10. Improve employee engagement activities the best satisfaction of the management
11. To co-ordinate the welfare activities of the employees
12. To improve organizational effectiveness by effectively implementing a performance management system.
13. Implementing the training and development program; Identify areas that require attention and improvements
14. To analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
15. To serve link between management and employees by handling questions interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related issues and problems.
16. To analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personal problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organizationals personnel policies and practices.
17. To perform effective control measures for attritions

3. Should be strong in Training & Development
4. Rich Experience in ER/IR Practice
5. Had exposure of handling more and manage contract labour workforce
6. Good in communication both verbal and written
7. Must have fluency in Telugu both verbal and written
