• Handles employee insurance-related matters, and manages enrollment & claims.
• Preparation of Monthly PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF challan.
• Timely compliances of PF (UAN, KYC, Digital signatures, etc.).Employee Management• Administration of all contract employees and managing employee lifecycle.
• Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.Employee Engagement• Facilitating onboarding/induction, engagement calendar, and exit interviews.
• Coordinating in building and executing the reward and recognition initiatives.
• Promote performance-driven culture via regular one-on-one meetings.Additional responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining HR Policies & Procedures andPerformance Management. EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• MBA in Human Resources is a must.
• 6-10 years of experience.
• Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of income tax and TDS is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is mandatory.
