job description

?Plan and give organizational solutions to the entire working centre needs, according to the forecast and the budget.
Manage the recruiting, selection, hiring and integration processes of the plant, following the corporate policy.
Supervise the personnel administration management and the payroll process, according to the legal rules and the corporate policies defined.
Implement locally the corporate compensation and benefits policy, suggesting the necessary adjustments to ensure its attractive and external competitiveness.
Manage the global training process in the working centre: identify training needs, collaborate in the annual training budget calculation, external subsidies search, trainer�s selection, etc.
Improve Managers leadership competencies implementing specific training or development plans and continuous follow-up.
Contribute to improve team�s efficiency through the implementation of corporate HR policies and processes: performance evaluation, successions process, career plans, etc.
Negotiate and maintain relations with local unions and workers representatives. Coordinate the labor relations, representing the company in front of the different third parties.
Define the communication plan of its working centre in order to move the employees to a common vision, strategies and centre business goals, create a corporate spirit and avoid conflicts.
Design actions to promote the brand and social responsibility of the company its local environment.
Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with Health & Safety & Environment rules and assure they are properly used.
Actively cooperates with the department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of the
Health & Safety & Environment department.
