**One of our Client leading Automotive MNC is looking for Manager/ SeniorManager HR for Manesar Location.****JD: Graduate & MBA with minimum of 12+ years of experience in Manufacturingcompany. Hands on experience in Talent Acquisition, HR **business partnering,Organisation development and Training & development.**Responsibilities:** * Develops business partnership relationship with management and employees through expert consultative counsel and support of the human resources function. * Effectively communicates, establishes and maintains effective employee relations with all levels of management and employees. * Provides support for the Product Leadership Culture, which establishes BorgWarner as a world-class leader in Powertrain Systems and retains talent that is best in class. * Assists in employee relations counselling, new employee orientations, outplacement counselling, and exit interviewing. * Coordinates recruiting activity to ensure the best talent is selected. * Creates environment to support the ongoing development of talent utilizing current processes and ongoing improvement. * Diagnoses organizational development needs, implements effective solutions, and builds effective teams. * Identifies training needs and designs training programs that support the organization's change management initiatives and need for developing the knowledge and capabilities of all internal talent. * Coordinates and conducts internal training programs and evaluates effectiveness. * Coordinates relocation and immigration activities. * Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. * Works on salary administration and benefits projects as required. * Leads employee activities and events sponsored. * Participates in and/or leads special group projects as required. * Responsible for other generalist duties as required.
