� Design, Communicate and Implement various HR Systems, Policies and Procedures related to various facets of Human Resource Management. HR Planning & Budgeting.
� Formulate salary structure for employees functions specific
� Ensure smooth payroll
� Manage salary revisions and incentive payouts
� Design Appraisal System, KRA setting and ensure smooth implementation
� Monitoring and ensuring Performance Appraisals are completed on time
Labour Law & Compliance:
� Should be well versed with labour law including PF, Contract Labour, Maternity benefit & Minimum Wages Act etc.
� Handling Employee Grievances
� Ensure and maintain good relation with the appropriate government authorities.
Recruitment & HR Operations & Admin:
� Resourcing of personnel across all levels and functions
� Onboarding responsibilities
� Exit Formalities
� Maintenance of all the records related to leave, advance, attendance, bonus, PF contributions,
� Employee Engagement Activities
� Monitoring Admin work
Training and Development
� Identifying Training Requirements
� Organizing & Run internal and external Training Programmes
Conduct and facilitate induction programs for new joinees
